Toplessness refers to the state in which a woman's breasts , including her areola and nipples , are exposed, especially in a public place or in a visual medium. The male equivalent is barechestedness , also commonly called shirtlessness. Exposed breasts were and are normal in many indigenous societies. However, developed countries have social norms around female modesty , often enforced by legal statutes , that require women to cover their breasts in public. In many jurisdictions, women who expose their breasts can be prosecuted for indecent exposure , although public breastfeeding is often exempted from public indecency laws. Social norms around toplessness vary by context and location. Throughout history, women's breasts have been featured in art and visual media, from painting and sculpture to film and photography , and such representations are generally defended on the grounds of artistic merit. Toplessness may also be deemed acceptable on educational, medical, or political grounds.

In scientific terms, cleavage is the division of cells in the early embryo. From one cell to two, a splitting process that happens. When one cell splits into two, it looks just like women's two breasts or butt, that's why cleavages are called cleavages. A woman's cleavage is just a biological sign, that she is indeed a woman. It shouldn't be associated with anything sexual. But then again, we are the naughty kids from the 21st century, everything is sexual. Showing your cleavage has been widely recognized as a sex symbol, that you want to show off your body when you just want to show off your blouse.
All men know this, women love shopping. They love shopping for good clothes that accentuate their assets. Some women however, like to wear as little as morally possible. So the next time you get a sudden urge to stare, look away after taking a small look at her breasts or her tee shirt. Women may like it when men stare at them, but they look for a few specific types of men. These include losers, droolers, morons, and touchy feely men with hands in their pants, especially in parks and lonely streets. It can feel good at times, especially if I want him to take another glance. Most women though, feel uncomfortable about it. Some of the younger ladies, especially ones who have just started getting the attention of men, hate the fact that their shirts fit so well.
